I have a ZTE Grand X Max Plus on OS 5.1.1 and no matter what I'm streaming in ANY quality the video will skip but the audio continues perfect, the video will skip like once per second maybe 5 times, then it freezes for between 6-10 seconds and then will immediately catch up with the audio and it's really annoying the device isn't modded in any way and I've already checked the Android WebView please help YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram all do it I don't think Netflix does it though and downloaded or shot videos work perfect also ...thanks in advance.
