Well, since the s5 is newer and bigger than the S4 and beats it in every category, I'm going to have to go with it.

Another item to note is the S4 is pretty much End of Life. Where as the S5 was recently updated to Marshmallow, but I'm guessing that's the end of the road for it as well.

What's wrong with your Moto X? It is somewhat similar to the S4.

Looks like your budget is in the $100-$150 range. If so, bumping that to $200 would open up a whole new world for you.

Thanks. The number one want for me is size. I don't want to carry around a large phone and nothing new fits the bill. Maybe a pixel but the price it just nuts. I'd go as high as $500. My X is 2013 version and it's just the right dude but the screen is damaged which is why need replacement. I usually go with CM so software is not the challenge.
