I've been trying to install this zip, but when I flash it through TWRP, it flashes it in system mode. What must I do in order to have it flashed systemless? Do I have to modify the zip? This one problem has been holding me back for days, and I can't find the answer anywhere, nor anyone has answered me yet. If anyone has an idea, PLEASE let me know.

When you first install and open TWRP, it will ask if you want to allow modifications to the system or keep the system read only.
Open TWRP, Mount, and see if system is mounted. Uncheck system and that should allow you to install SuperSU systemless.
What phone do you have?
I took your advice and unmounted my system, but I saw it still installed as System after the "Detecting System Compatibility" line as I was flashing the zip. Plus flashing suhide 0.55 gave an error, asking if SuperSU was installed systemless, so it didn't work, unfortunately. My phone is a Moto G 2nd Generation, running Android 6.0. TWRP version is 3.0.2-0.
