Off-Topic: I know this is completely unrelated and Off-Topic but due to my frustration on lack of finding any solutions online, do you guys think you can give me a quick tip or solution? The problem is multitouch. Whenever there's 2 or more fingers on the screen at once it registers it and then moments later it stops registering both fingers (or however many I had on the screen). This is really annoying when playing especially FPS that require you to have 2 fingers on the screen at once to play, because when I play the move pad is constantly freezing up on me.

And to avoid getting deleted...
Keep up the good work guys. Hopefully you can find a way to root the device soon.

Buy a better phone. This phone isn't that good for gaming

Just bought this one so won't be buying another phone anytime soon lol. Also, it's actually pretty decent, if not great for gaming. You get the occasional lag spike but I'm not buying an $800 phone to resolve that. Besides, the issue here isn't the performance, it's the move pad being wonky due to the reasons stated in my last post. Someone who thinks they have a good tip to try out or is experiencing something similar please reply with useful feedback. After all, this is really Off-Topic from the whole thread and I don't want to derail.

so i made some tests today on a member's phone , this is our way to test with
http://forum.xda-developers.com/axon-7/development/wip-axon-7-root-bootloader-unlokced-t3441204
edl mode is a replacement for fastboot mode on qcom phones , everytime i tried to dump the boot/recovery images or to flash the recovery using the method in the above thread i got [image load failed error status 1/9] i need all to test the above method and report the results here
notice: delete the axon 7 boot/recovery images and replace it by my twrp recovery.img before testing , good luck

as noobified said 'Unjustified Dev here from XDA I work on the ZTE Axon 7. I'm just here to answer why it doesn't work the tool by tenfar uses settings for the Snapdragon 820. It will not work for your device however you can try to message tenfar he says he has the files for several devices and processors.'

So shadow, you're with them working on the axon 7 and not on the zmax, correct?
