So i ma trying to get my metro pcs lg l70 ms323 up and running to use as a temporary phone for service, and i had this lying around, i wasnt able to fix it before. so i unlocked it and flashed in cyanogenmod hoping that would fix the problem, but it hasnt. when i try to go to security in system settings it crashes with the 'unfortunately-' message. And when i try to connect to wifi it doesnt turn on, it says "turning on" but never turns on or connects. in the settings tab it says 'mac address unavailable'. bluetooth doesnt turn on either.

also i dont believeit is anything hardware related. it hasnt been dropped or gotten wet or anything that could have damaged it, unless it was a factory defect.

it wasn't working before i flashed cyanogenmod either. at this point i have been working on it for 8 hours now and i cant figure out what is wrong with it so i am asking for help. i dunno what it could be at this point and i am tired :p

Hi, you've chosen a wrong tab when posting this thread - it's a "root" related topic, so "Rooting" tab is a proper one :)
As for your issues - which CM version did you pick?
Have you ever tried to flash a stock ROM with LG Flash Tool and a KDZ firmware file (CSE flash mode) ?
