Hi. I am using a Galaxy A3 2016 - not had it very long. My main email is a hotmail account. It was working fine until a few days ago when I changed my password - I used the phone to do this. It worked fine for the first day but now it will neither send nor receive emails on this account. I tried adding it as a new account but it said that this account already exists. This email account works fine on my pc so it's definitely an issue with the phone. Thanks.
