Dude.. let's get one thing "Very Clear" I got the Zmax Pro on Oct 11, 2016 for $39.99.. with the "Port A Number" deal.

Let Me Repeat That... $39.99

This device is nothing but "Perfect" for Me for the incredible price I got it at.. if it roots.. it roots.. I've already donated funds to Messi to help with that issue..

If it don't root.... I'm out $39.99 AND STILL have a GREAT Daily Driver... And can purchase the Stylo 2 Plus that Messi already rooted.. and still only be out about $170.00 with 2 phones..

And to conclude.. My Zmax Pro runs PERFECT.. No Flicker.. No Touchscreen Issues.. No Heat Issues.. No Charging % Issues..

Nothing.. It's Perfect.

And it's $39.99.

Been rooted for two weeks and the l g stylo plus 2 is a great device. After I sold my zmax pro I picked up the this phone and with root and twrp meets all my needs. Having a huge phone that cant be altered to my liking was nerve racking.

And who said the lg g stylo plus 2 speaker was not that good. Just edit the mixer xml file by changing all 84 to your desired volume. I suggest 94. Also flashing dolby atmos my lg is super loud.

Any suggestions on a cpu apk that works on this device chip.?
Setcpu cant read the frequencies
Kernel turner crashes
Kernel adiutor works like 80%

See I have a script running using init.d. Thats how I got the cpu to clock up to 1.4ghz.
As you can see set cpu is not reading all frequencies.
Any suggestions?

Edit. Sorry guys I figured it out I forgot my previous script was written for a quad core kernel. I simply added the extra cpu's to the script. My bad.

Wow development is starting to pick up on the LG Stylo 2 Plus.
CM13 is pending.
Im so glad I went with my gut to sale my zmax pro and get the Stylo 2 Plus.
Since rooted, this phone is great. Better battery life and it feels nice in the hands.
Lifes Good
Also my data speeds are phenomenal.
Im averaging 55 mbps downloading.

That device is pretty much Obsolete... There is no Development for the Stylo 2 Plus...

And.. I hate to break it to you... But... CM is *DEAD* as of: December 31, 2016 11:59 p.m.

The Moto G4 for the same price is where it's at for Root, ROM's ( lots ) AND continued development...

Well.. it's ok.. you may not have a forum.. and you'll never have CM.. but at least you got root for your $200.00 bucks

Maybe no CM 14 but I'll take CM 13 on my lg g stylo 2 plus. Porting a rom is the easy part. Finding the right source and identical phone is the hardest part. All in all l'm happy with root, xposed and twrp.

I know the LG product has No Home.. Forum.. and not much chatter anywhere that is exclusive to Stylo 2 pluses..
