System files deleted by mistake!!!

Hello All,

1st off, this forum rocks!!!

I'm having serious issues with my Galaxy Tab 3.

1st, my unit's specs:

Galaxy Tab 3.8
Model: T310
Android version: 4.2.2
Kernal version: 3.0.31-787812
Build number: JDQ39.T310UEUAMF2

This tablet was a gift & once I received it, I rooted it immediately. I'm familiar with rooting so it was a success. My problem started when I began to deleted bloatware from the unit. I guess I deleted something I shouldn't of & now its gone haywire.

1st the "android is updating" messsge appears & just stays. Then, when I try to reformat, it tells me the startup wizard wont start & the screen stays blank. I try to maneuver in setting but no luck. Also during this gmail & google services produce errors that they stopped running.

Can I "PLEASE" get help in restoring the stock rom & then rooting it again (if possible).

ILL LEAVE THAT BLOATWARE ALONE LOL....

THANKS IN ADVANCE.
