I am a newbie to this forum and hope I can find an answer to the subject question which I am desperate to resolve it.
I tried to download some pictures off my one plus one phone by plugging it to a computer. I plugged it with the USB, selected MTP and the phone's content shown normally on my computer. However, when I click into DCIM/Camera, only SOME of my pictures are shown, these photos are a mix dated photos, some are very new, some are very old, but not ALL. I read through some forum and tried to clear the cache and data at my "external storage" under apps, but not succeed.
Can anyone kindly provide any help on this?
