I just got a new sg7. Had an sg5 using textra for messaging. Textra worked fine with custom notifications. On sg7 textra won't customize. Any ideas?

i too have been having problems this week since the holidays kicked into a big swing.
too many folks trying to call their family and friends to just visit for the Christmas season.
i get errors like "that number is invalid' and do a redial and it goes straight through.
all of my numbers are solid contacts that have not changed.
