Can't make / receive calls on LG G4

Has anyone managed to find a solution to this?

I have almost the same problem, with a few variations.
Out of nowhere my G4 (Us Cellular) would not make texts. Tried to place a call to see if that worked... It says "you are roaming, to place a call please purchase calling card". That message should definitely not come up, as I am in service and pay for roaming. My bars all say In service. No roaming Icon. My phone status says In Service. My mobile data works just fine. Calling and Text, however, do not.

Took it to an agent, then the store itself, first they tried the SIM (read as unknown source) So they made a new one, tested it and it worked fine, put it into the phone and same problem... did not work whatsoever.

Have not tried to restore phone to stock firmware yet. Might work? Anyone else try that yet?

So the phone was working with the SIM then stopped calls/texts randomly for no reason but data continued?
Then went into US Cellular store, they tried your SIM in another phone and didn't work, then got another SIM in the other phone which worked but went into your phone and didn't?
What SIM do you have now, the one that the store got?
If all of the above tru I would try a factory reset. I am assuming that the SIM just borked up and something got fiddled in the radio or something. Factory reset could fix if you have a working SIM

I have the same problem. Mine is a 818 (India). The phone rings for the caller, but doesn't ring on my phone. I find out only when I try to send a message or make a call. When I send an sms, the message just disappears when I hit send. It doesn't show up in the conversation and it isn't sent either. When I make a call, it just says connecting. The only way to make it ok is to restart the phone. The phone is 5 months old and I've had more issues than just this. 3g and 4g stopped working, so the service center replaced the main board. Even after that, the problem continued. A week after that, the display went for a toss and even that was replaced. The problem still continues. Is there anything in the phone apart from the board and display?? Or does this mean it's a software problem? Will using the phone in safe mode help to check this?
