LG Customer Service Issues.

I recently purchased the G5 and shortly after, the main camera autofocus quit working. It appears to be a common issue from what I have read.
I went through the repair process and sent my phone off to LG for warranty repair. After almost 2 weeks, I got the phone back and it is still not working. The exact same issue.
I called their support and I keep getting the same canned answer. "You have to send it back for repair again." Every time that I ask for a supervisor, they say that the supervisor will tell me the the same thing and they will not transfer me.
I use this phone for personal and business. It is very inconvenient to be without the phone and I have wasted many hours backing up the unit, forwarding numbers, etc. so that I do not lose out on business opportunities.
I am also told that I have to pay shipping again when I send it back. I'm just really fed up with their customer service. This is the same reason that my company does not sell their TV's anymore. Poor customer support...even for dealers.
I'm sorry about the rant, but I am really pissed off right now and I am getting no help from LG.
Does anyone out there have any advice to offer in order to get an advanced replacement or some sort of expedited help?

Thanks in advance for any advice,
Swish

Well...I should probably update this...After sending my phone back three times and it still not being fixed properly, I was ready to just scrap the phone and buy the Nexus 6 that I wanted to get in the first place. The third time that I got it back, there was actually an additional issue besides the camera malfunction. I couldn't even turn on my phone. I got a message stating that I needed to insert a compatible battery module. I took it in to Sprint and they pulled a module from one of their service phones and it booted right up. The tech also looked at my camera and found that it was a hardware issue. He sent off for a replacement phone and I got a refurbed unit a few days later. So far it has been working just fine. I never want to deal with LG service again.
As of now...case closed.
