Posting to see if anyone else has experienced this.
I'm a little behind, so this happened a week ago.
I went to bed and put the phone on charge. When I woke up and unplugged it, I was shocked to see it at 1%, especially since it still had 20%+ when I put it on charge.
Apparently, the phone wakelocked while it was charging, ate all the remaining battery power, and all the power the charger put into it. It did not seem exceptionally warm or anything when I took it off the charger. I have not experienced it since then, so this seems to be an isolated incident, so far anyways. This occurred after I installed the most recent software update.
