Good day,

I previously owned a MXQ pro android tv box and had absolutely no issues with it.

I have now gotten a Tx3 pro android box as a birthday gift and am having issues with the brightness.
When watching either mobdro or showbox i noticed the picture quality is a lot darker, if the scene on whatever i am watching is a night scene i can barely see anything. on my MXQ pro i didnt have any issues with this. How can i fix this? any help would be greatly appreciated

Sounds like an issue or problem with the box itself, and probably has no way of adjusting it either, apart from trying to turn the TV's brightness and/or contrast up. If it is a problem with the box, you'll have to return it as faulty.

How are you connecting it to the TV, via analogue RCA(phono) connectors or digital HDMI? If you are using RCA cables, try it via HDMI instead.
