High RAM usage is a GOOD thing.

You want (and Linux--Android underpinnings--does this) to have your RAM being fully utilized.

Don't bother taking any measures to fiddle with your RAM--for the very most part, they're ineffective and usually resource-robbing (and often apps that say they'll help you, are snake oil).

You may think that, but it isn't true. This is the way Android (and any *nix derivative OS) works. If the phone needs more RAM space for an app it will clear other hibernating apps out of RAM to make this space. But otherwise what does an app gain from there being extra RAM free in addition to what it needs?

Clearing RAM, by killing off inactive apps, will actually slow the phone down and use more power, because the next time you switch to one of those apps it will have to be reloaded from scratch. That's why Android caches recent or frequently used apps in RAM, to reduce those delays and drains.

but i think high ram usage make phone slowly and games too
Android memory management is pretty sophisticated, don't apply 'MS Windows' memory usage thinking to your phone. The more you manually attempt to manipulate your Android device's memory, the harder it has to work to compensate and correct your tweaking. Just let Android do its thing. More recently used apps stay active in the RAM while older ones get closed down. High RAM usage indicates your phone is working as it should.

The problem you might be experiencing however is just a matter of using an app that requires a lot of RAM when your phone simply does not have enough to begin with. Looking at your screen cap your phone appears to have 1 GB or 1.5 GB? That's a relatively minimal amount for any Android phone, so something like a game that uses a lot of RAM will use up as much system resources as it can, and will also likely be a heavy draw on your phone's graphics processor too.
Your profile page indicates you own a Condor C8 so with limited RAM and a 1280x720 resolution screen this indicates it's just a matter where you need to keep your expectations of what you can do with your phone in line with its capabilities:

It's not a bad phone at all, but just don't allow yourself to get frustrated when it can't do all the things a much, much more pricier flagship phone can do.
