According to Nathan K.'s recent analysis post, I thought I'd pass along the PSA, which could potentially damage your Pixel C and or any other USB C device.
Urgent PSA: DO NOT use the +GoPro #USB #TypeC USB-PD Supercharger [Model AWALC-002] with any third-party equipment -- ESPECIALLY not the Google Pixel C tablet! The GoPro charger may beIS unsafe and could cause immediate hardware damage!
*It outputs 15 volts for a period of time after the 12v PDO is requested. This is far outside the acceptable variance (±5%) -- so much so it is patently dangerous!*
