Lenovo K5 note has been hard brick

If it's absolutely completely erased, no fastboot, no recovery, completely unresponsive, not anything, i.e. a true hard brick, it probably won't be recognized by a computer via USB. Only hope possibly would be JTAG, which is what the manufacturer uses to do initial programming on them during production, onto blank devices. Unless you've got the right equipment, only the manufacturer or possibly authorized Lenovo service could re-flash it.

i just reflash it at home but now the problem is it doesn't have imei no. to recover it i need to root it i check all root app root soft via pc but nothing work i also tried to install twrp but its bootloader is lock i tried "fastboot oem unlock" but it say "
C:\Program Files (x86)\Minimal ADB and Fastboot>fastboot oem unlock

What to do now plz guide
