Boost Mobile HTC One A9

It's locked isn't it, so can only use it with that carrier and be paying them for service.

Unless you want it as a $150 paperweight, and not be paying Boost for service?

Locked phones can still be sold at subsidized prices, even if they don't have any contract obligations. Doesn't Boost do pre-paid, no obligation plans?

The original O2 locked iPhone in the UK was sold like that, was £159 instead of the full retail price of £599. And you were expected to take out an O2 plan via iTunes when you got home with it.

I just got a friend of mine set up with a One A9, for $150 from Amazon. We put it on a $35/mo. no-contract plan with Boost. This is like stealing it!

Late to the game. Just bought the OneA9 from newegg. New in box for 150. It updated to Nougat first day. Great fit,n,finish with the metal frame. Love amoled screens. Love the fast fingerprint reader. Its on Boost unlimited data for 45/month autopay. To me, camera is better then reviews give it. Battery is smallish, but works for my usage.

To me, much better overall then the Bolt . Fraction of the cost.
