So, yesterday night my phone was on 0 percent it turned off then I connected it to a charger once I connected it and it got to 5 percent I then tried to power it on when I did it showed the Metro PCS logo as usual then it shows a black screen with a small white bar that says "Android is Starting" then the screen quickly goes black and once again the Metro PCS logo pops up and then after a few minutes the "Android is Starting" comes back for like 3 seconds then it goes back to the Metro PCS logo and it keeps doing this endlessly so if anyone knows what's happening please help.
