Saturdays are sucky delivery days. Most people are off and doing things when the mail comes. IMHO

I hope it's worth it. Should be a damn good phone from what I hear. It did finally ship. It'll arrive on Tuesday.

Have you ever had a real life rant, and lost your cool in front of a group of people?
I just did, and I'm feeling pretty bad I lost it

Although what I said was about a grievance I've had for some time and I let them know exactly how I felt.

Yes, but not with a group, just one or two individuals. I apologized later, explaining that it was obviously a sore subject with me.

So not a cold beer neighbor. I'll usually help out the neighbors, especially cleaning the snowbanks at the end of their driveways. Most of us have snowblowers already.

If I had a snowblower I'd be clearing at least the end of my neighbor's driveways for them (snowblower-less ones). It's just the right thing to do.

Bob has already plowed me out once, I really need to get something for him!

My corporate office is closed, all the NY sites. Since I work from home I still have to work while most everyone else gets the day off. At least no one is taking today seriously, you should see some of the chats I'm having...hopefully they aren't being monitored :eek:

OK, time to go out for round one. It is easier to do a couple of rough cleanups during the storm.

Now this is ridiculous and just so wrong, the girl next door is shoveling (we're at about a foot) and there are TWO guys out w/snowblowers, neither helped her. Here's the kicker though, one of them was actually 'trimming' up the snowbanks in the ROAD but couldn't take a second to clear the heavy crap for her? Unreal.

edit: looks like Bob moved the heavy stuff for her shortly after I typed that. Good on you Bob! I really, really have to get him something!

I clearedabout 12" in the last hour. There was another 4 inches already down where I started. And I have snowblower hands and can't type verywell.
