What do you actually need it for, what are you trying to do. Because the only places I've seen the Lightning female socket is on iOS devices, iPhones and iPads.
Lightning is Apple proprietary AFAIK. You don't mean Thunderbolt connectors do you? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thunderbolt_(interface)

I have a special cable but it has a lightning end while I have micro usb, it costs £13 to buy another...
I've seen I can by them from american but that's it....

I seen them in new Fords that come Lighting ready(stereos).. They'll only charge plugged into device(end) one way and will work normal when turned 180°
