Hello, I am having a problem with my lgg4 as long as I can remember and can produce this bug on other lgg4's. Basically I use my phone to talk to my friends who live abroad and sometimes we like to watch movies or you tube together while on Skype or messenger or any calling app basically. Now when in a call the call volume sounds fine, but background audio like movies and you tube videos cut out and sound choppy audio wise, For example in a call watch a video on you tube if you don't turn the video up full way you won't hear it all. Turn it even 3 quarters the way up lower sounds like talking won't be picked up..It's like there is a noise gate on lower sounds and only higher sound comes through the headphones. Have tried many headphones and all do the same so it's the phone. Also audio is perfect just when in a call on any app you can think off it bugs background noise
