YouTube/Instagram issues?

Not sure if this is a ZMAX problem or something else? After updating to the latest YouTube and Instagram apps, often the YouTube video is blank (no video) but with sound, and Instagram video just flickers and never loads. I tried deleting cache to no effect. When I reboot the phone all is well for a while, then the problems start again eventually.

Any ideas what could be causing this?

Maybe a compatibility issue with T-Mobile's compression? ZMAX issue with the updated apps?
