Saw no way to post across multiple Android OS. Using an online app "www.keepcalling.com. Has worked flawlessly for years until a number of mobile devices replaced others. JAVA was installed to all of the new hardware yet each device produces the message: "JAVA Required" How can one troubleshoot such an issue? Have Android devices ranging from Android 4.1.1 to 5.1.1. Have no meaningful expertise in troubleshooting this and I know that support is being withdrawn for many JAVA offerings. Seeking informed guidance.

Much thanks for your timely reply. Have used an online app for internet phone calls. www.keepcalling.com has worked reliably for years but when I bought a new laptop and android mobile devices. Now I have no device that can make calls. Have tried multiple versions of JAVA yet the website repeats a message saying that JAVA is required. I know that many are backing away from JAVA but I still see many JAVA downloads available. I cannot get a simple answer to what "JAVA" is likely to work on any of the browsers: Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and Firefox mobile Beta. Have seen the message JAVA is required on the keepcalling URL but no popups on any browser. Looking for guidance on how one can troubleshoot precisely where the error is and hopefully solve this issue

Not exactly clear on what you are asking?
You are using that app, but are having a Java error popup on your device?
Much thanks for the timely reply. Have used the online app "keep calling" for years with absolutely no issues. Have recently acquired new notebook and two mobile devices... Both Android. Now, none of them can use this online app. I know that JAVA is going through changes and "JAVA plugins" are in decline... particularly for support. I understand that JAVA plugins are not the same as "JAVA". I am simply inquiring about how I can identify and acquire a version of JAVA that will allow me to use "Keep Calling". Posted here because I thought it a good place to connect with those who could offer informed advice and yes... I have requested support from keep calling... each reply is the same... "It works for everyone". Have a significant balance on my account and would want to continue my search. Much thanks for your attention as I await reply.
