Let us know how the glass works out. I'm probably going to get the Otter Commuter case. It has saved my current S5 through HUNDREDS of falls and 2 young kids.

It looks like you purchased a Galaxy s8+ case but a s8 screen protector. Did you just copy and paste a different URL than the one you bought something on?

I have always bought the Spigen textured print cases as well since my S3. They always have a slight variation in the print pattern. That herringbone hybrid is very sharp looking. Good choice!

I've found Anker to be of highest quality as far as cables & chargers go next to OEM. You can't have enough of them because they always go south if you abuse them or snag them. I order two of each every time I get a new phone and get different lengths to leave permanently at different locations. This way I don't have to keep unplugging to carry them around from place to place. If a cable is defective in quality, Anker is great about sending you a replacement free with proof of purchase being they have an 18 month warranty.

You know the saying - you only live once!

We have been using our phones for 3 years instead of upgrading frequently so it makes sense to have all the goodies before they stop offering them.

It also makes it attractive for quick selling on Ebay with lots of bidders and getting top dollar.

That is true. I've been stuck on the s4. Gonna go pre order my s8 tomorrow. Not sure if I should get plus or not . I just hope I can get the VR still . looks very fun ..

Check both out for a good while like i did with my daughter. She has small hands and was worried about that some. In 15 minutes, she got more comfortable with the feel of the S8+. I told her that it felt a bit odd for me the first time I jumped to the large Note 3. After a short while you get used to it and you won't ever want to go back to anything smaller. The S8+ width is almost identical to her S5 so the grasp was not an issue.

Seriously check out the S8+. It'll grow on you. The display just really jumps out at you vs the S8. The other plus (no pun intended ) is the extra 500 mah battery for only a slight bit more phone.

Ok, I just ordered a Commuter case from OtterBox. Using a 10% coupon code I found online, the total came to around $37 with free shipping. Hopefully it works as good as the Commuter case on my S5, which has taken lots of abuse.

So spigen having a sale on, on Amazon made deciding on a new case easier. I have the spigen neo hybrid coming tomorrow. The silver arctic is a beautiful cover. So I'm still set for delivery day of the s8+ here in the UK.

Great choice! I see the Spigen website is offering a 18% promo discount for Tax Day here in the US which is a good deal.

Spigen always delivers quality products. The Silver Arctic looks nice for sure and should still maintain the slim profile of the S8+ for you. I've always thought the Otterbox models to be a bit bulkier and add too much grasp factor to the phones. You should have ordered their Non-glass screen protector also. I've always used their screen protectors from day one on all my phones. I ordered two packs of the non-glass type.

It's always good to have accessories in hand for arrival to dress up the new puppy.

I've never tried these glass full screen protectors before but I believe others have said that they don't work with cases that come up the sides or onto the bezel areas because they lift the edges of the screen protectors and look like crap.

I'll jump on Amazon and take a look at those non glass spigen screenprotectors. With amazon prime it'll still beat the phone to my house. I may even look at a wireless charger too.

As long as you give it time to settle without a case on (I left mine overnight), it doesn't come up at the sides and it covers most of the screen.

Works really well with the Spigen Neo Hybrid.
