You know how on your computer or phone you have your music folder. And in your music folder are subfolders which are the artists name and then subfolders within the artists folder of albums names. Then in those folders are your music files (mp3, flac, etc). And if you want to listen to the music you can open up your music application and browse by folder and find the album folder and listen to the album. Also if you want to listen to songs from various folders you can make a playlist which will sort all the songs you want to listen to into a list.
Now I want to do the same thing except with my pictures and videos. I have sorted all my pictures and videos into folders and subfolders but is there a way to create a "playlist". For example, let's say I want to have a playlist of all of my photos in California and I have been to California several times over several years. I have several subfolders that contain pictures that are based in California but I want a "playlist" of all of these photos in one list.
I know you can tag your photos so I could tag my photos that are based in California to California but I don't want to use tags since it saves the tag data to the image itself. I would like a "playlist" so the data is saved to a single file and not embedded into my photos.
