Help HELP! Odd ad pop up after call

I've been getting this pop-up, after every phone call.
I don't know how long it has been going on, but it has been happening with every call.
I've checked every setting, and ran avg.
I would like to make it stop.
Any suggestions?

Some apps such as cm security have a call ad/popup at the end of the call check usage data access and which apps are allowed access that fixed cm security call popups for me

Also if you use a third party. Calling App they maybe shoving ads in there app

Well based on the screenshot in the OP, I would bet that it's from whatever cleaner app they are using. Those apps are useless and notoriously full of garbage.

But you can see the notification in the top left corner.

Honestly if you are using any kind of memory booster, ram cleaner, etc. Get rid of it. That's most likely the cause of your issues.
