Had a set of 245/45R18 Nitto Invo's on my car for a couple of summers.....fantastic looking tire, fantastic in the rain but rode very rough. Wore out after 25k miles.Well dang it. 4 of these bad boys, 245/40/18 Nitto Neo Gen Tires. I picked up a nail close to the sidewall of one of my front tires, it is unpatchable. It was time anyway, Kia puts crap tires on their cars from the factory in my opinion, I've been half way looking forward to this day. Anyway about $525 for the set to my front door. I will then need to get them mounted and balanced, so probably at least another bill for that.So yea.

Oh and until they get here on the 3rd, I will be refilling my tire every other day or so. BULLSHAKKA

I had the Nitto Invo's on my GTO, very familiar with them. As it turns out, I did not put Nitto's on my car this time however. I ordered said tires (they are not an "in stock" size) When I went to get said tires installed I was informed the gentleman that I had spoken with and paid had ordered the wrong tires. So as luck would have it, the manager was in the house and was brought into our little circle of dumbassery and he made it right. I got 4 brand new Continental Extremecontact DWS for the price of the Nitto's ($120 a tire) so I got quite the discount. (They are doing the buy 3 get one free thing so he didn't loose too much money maybe $100) But anyway, this is what I got.

I have wanted them since they were introduced 10 years ago or so (The Conti DWS) but they want to darn much money for them. I have read nothing but glowing reviews, the people I have spoken with that had them loved them and doggone it they look incredibly mean.
I can say after having driven on them for 4 days now (3 of them in near constant downpours) I love them. They hold the road great, they are quiet and the ride is 1000 times better than the crappy Nexens that were on it from the factory. Plus the wet traction is INCREDIBLE. Oh and a 50,000 mile tread warranty.

I gave up trying to keep up years ago. There is often discussion in the Olbriar home if a purchase is indeed a need or just a want. I get the two confused all the time.

I got this yesterday to replace the one I had damaged.
I paid $75.00 for it on Craigslist,Which I think was a little to much,But the guy wouldn't budge on the price.
And I know the Google end of it is outdated,But no biggie,Chrome browser still working and a few other apps.(Besides I have a Roku Streaming Stick anyway).

The deal closes tomorrow. We offered asking price cuz it was only seventy-five bucks per square foot. It then appraised for ten thousand OVER. We move in next week and are totally jazzed. We could sell it right now and still make money -- how often does that happen?!
