Synopsis:
ADATA 16GB SD Card on Galaxy Tab A with S pen [2015] corrupted. First format failed with a message "command '88p volume partition disk:179,64 public' failed with 'null' ". Second format said "command '9 volume partition disk:179,64 public' failed with 'null'".

Context:
I torrent a game on my Galaxy Tab A with a pen released in 2015. I have this ADATA 16GB SD Card I installed on this tablet after using this SD card for a year it started corrupting every now and then. I format it many times and it always corrupted. This year, 2017 I couldnt format it but it show this message saying "command '88p volume partition disk:179,64 public' failed with 'null' ". So I formated it again the next 3 weeks and then now this message came out "command '9 volume partition disk:179,64 public' failed with 'null'"

What does these message mean?
[1st msg] command '88p volume partition disk:179,64 public' failed with 'null'
[2nd msg] command '9 volume partition disk:179,64 public' failed with 'null'

Can my problem be fixed permanently?
Is anyone else having the same problem as me?
