The VRS Design Terra Guard case is a rugged case for the Galaxy S8 and S8+. The case still managed to keep an overall slim profile, but adds a little more protection in corners of the case with big air pockets to absorb impact.
The uses a dual layer design with a metallic looking plastic shell covering most of the outside, and a black TPU inner lining providing most of the dampening. The outer shell isn't actually metal but plastic, although you'd be hard pressed to tell the difference.
