Ok, I need some thoughts on this. I have a galaxy note edge, I was using it yesterday to look at an attachment in an email. It opened up and then the phone with no warning off shutting off just went to a black screen. I have tried to plug it in and no lights come on to say it is charging just a black screen. I have even tried to get it to reboot in safe mode and recovery mode both methods have failed.
I don't know what happened to it, it was working good and then with no warning just when to a black screen and now it wont come on it is completely dead. Any thoughts or opinions would be great thanks.
