Help Where Are My Bluetooth Files?

I have the same problem :(
But I did find the Bluetooth folder with half the files there. I had sent both MP3s & JPGs from my HTC Android 2.3 phone to my Acer Iconia A110 Android 4.1, using Astro File Manager.
I also checked the Downloads folder. I only have a couple PDF files I downloaded yesterday.
The strange thing is that I have even performed a search with Astro using the name of one of the JPG files and didn't find it. But if I slide my finger from top to bottom on the tablet's screen it shows me a list of recent activity, there I can click/open the activity when it received the files. Then it opens a window/folder containing all the files. From there I can click on any JPG and it will open. But I can't see where exactly they are located :( I have tried clicking and holding on the file name to see if it would offer me to see its properties, but nothing happens. And the only option this window is giving me is "Clear List" :(
Any ideas?

Thanks in advance guys.

Not a shred of help in this thread so far. Sending device says transfer was successful. Receiving device says transfer was successful. File does NOT appear in either sdcard0 or extsdcard -- conducted searches, file not found. Settings/bluetooth/received files shows the file; select open, it tells me the size and type of file but won't let me do a go_÷=%_€ed thing with it. Tried installing some app that supposedly facilitates bluetooth file transfers, it tried to transfer EVERYTHING on my device. Uninstalled that POS pronto. REALLY frustrated here.
