Hello,

I've already contacted CAT support about this issue, and they sent me a replacement phone. However, I still have the same problem even with a new phone.

I have problem with shadows and lightning but only in the back camera, the front cam is fine.

I've attached 5 pictures to this post. They are taken in different circumstances.

Starting from the left: Dark room with flash, Dark room without flash, Light room with flash, Light room with HDR, Light room without flash

It seems that only using the HDR will capture a good picture. The rest of them have some weird shadows or lightning. It's interesting to notice that "light with flash" affects the green tiles while the "light without flash" affects the white tiles. Also our lightning is pretty dim - When I take a photo in a really bright lightning, the picture comes out normal.

Anyone else noticed this problem?

Hi,
have the same camera issues. First time noticed in December 2016 and I have a feeling that this "effect" appeared for the first time after the late 2016 firmware update, although can't be sure because at that time I've owned Cat S60 for a couple of months. The preconditions for this effect are definitely low light conditions and presence of the dark and bright objects next to each other, like tiles in your case. Didn't submit my case to the CAT support yet. Also, the quality of the protecting glass of the normal camera is far from acceptable. In my old good protected Chinese Sigma PQ22 which was 200$ when I bought it, after three years of intense use, the camera glass is still like a new, and in more than three fold expensive phone it is worn out in less than a year....???
