When I turn my phone to watch a video full screen, I can no longer pause, play, or skip. It's as though the touch screen stopped working. It will still rotate back but then the problem persists in the vehicle menu. Can't click on anything or even scroll up and down. All I can do is close the app with the back button. Is this a known problem?
