Help PROBLEM! PHONE FREEZES

Hello,
I have a problem with my Xperia M5. Today it began to suddenly crash everytime I turn it on. It works quite normal for about a minute after booting up, and then a communicate saying "process system is not responding" pops out. After next 30 seconds the phone freezes and I can't do anything. What should I do? Please help!
