I'd like to add the function "USB Debugging" to the Quick Access list on my Samsung S5 notification panel. I've done as much as I can find in the Manual and in a Google search, but I'm not seeing a way of adding USB Debugging to the Quick Access list. It wouldn't even have to be active all the time - just so it's there and I can activate it without diving into the phone's menu each time I want to move things in and out of my phone (downloading podcasts, for example).
