I have an LG Aristo (Android 7.0 Nougat)
It has 16 GB of internal storage.System data is taking up 14.11 GB of it.I tried factory reset multiple times.Same problem.I tried various storage space cleaners as well(Ccleaner,SuperCleaner,Clean Master,SD Maid),but the problem remains.

Try checking for the largest file in your system. Some app must have stored some large file that you may not need now. Sometimes these files are not calculated in the size of the app. You could even delete the thumbnails file to clear up some space. Remember to keep hidden files visible option enabled(They start with '.' and are not usually visible in a file manager) while checking for large files.

After multiple factory resets the only data that should have been left would be the one in the root directory of your phone. I asked if your phone is rooted because you can not delete files from the root directory of your phone is rooted. If your getting confused with what I am saying let me know.

Yes, the storage menu varies a bit between manufacturers in its behaviour, but it generally reports the entire size of all system partitions as "system data" (so not just the space used by the OS, pre-installed apps and other firmware but the any unused space in those partitions as well). The naming is misleading, but since you cannot use space in those partitions including the entire partition size is more reasonable than it sounds at first glance. And all of this space comes out of the 16GB quoted in the specs.

However, that should account for more like 4-8 GB of your 16GB. If it's reporting 14GB used immediately after a factory reset and before you restore anything (or let anything be restored automatically) then there's something wrong.

Like @Hadron said something funny is happening with your phone. Is this phone a new one or you started experiencing such problems just recently?
Check this thread out:
https://androidforums.com/threads/internal-memory-issue.1150844/
The person there seems to have the same problem.

For information, that thread is about a knock-off Samsung. The phone itself is lying about its storage capacity and Storage Truth is telling the truth of course. Another thing, I don't think I've ever seen or heard of a counterfeit LG. Fake phones are most usually Samsung or Apple, from what I've seen and know.

Yeah, that's exactly what it's doing.Reporting 14GB of used internal storage right after a factory reset.
