Help settings changing in pocket

Hi all,
had the pixel for a while now, mostly love it.
Current issue is that I stick the phone in my pocket and somehow the screen is turning on and then the airplane mode is getting turned on or the flashlight is on (got a hot pocket one day...see what I did thar) and other goofy setting changes. I have looked into the display menu, but can not find anything to help with this issue.
any thoughts?

Silly question but, do you have a screen lock on? I use the fingerprint lock and I've never had this issue. If you are using screen lock, you may want to try another one. i.e. if you're using fingerprint now, try pin or pattern, if you're using pin, try pattern etc.

Also, if you have always listening on, you may want to turn it off, it may be hearing what it thinks is you saying "okay Google" and unlocking.
