This is more than third hand. A friend's grandaughter helped him with his slow running i9195 by changing "something"
Now he has a number of icons on his home screen that he cannot delete i.e. long press does not bring up dustbin symbol. Also he cannot add icons from apps he wants on home screen.
What does he need to do to get his home screen to suit him?
Any advice please?
