Hi,
I can't manage to make it work!!
I have tried boot into recovery mode and wipe data, cache. Nothing happened. I used this guide to flash a new factory image.. Everything went ok but when i rebooted.... again google screen only this time had a lock on the bottom..
I should mention that the device is now rooted(it wasn't)..
The google screen though only flashes for 3 seconds and then it turns off. I can boot into bootloader and fastboot.
Any help would be appreciated..

Use the newest firmware from here for the Nexus 10, scroll down in link to your device:
https://developers.google.com/android/images

The thread you used is very old though the basic instructions to fastboot flash the firmware should still apply. If you have any issues, post your entire command prompt session to hastebin.com, then link it here so we can better help you.

Hi!
Thank you for your answer.
I have already tried that but I can't manage to confirm the drivers. I downloaded them installed them but when I check them it says there are no drivers installed.
Been a while since I set it up on my PC and think I had a hard time with the USB drivers also. Can't remember how I finally got it to work other than following the set up steps in NRT.
Hopefully a manual flash with the latest released version will get you sorted. Keeping fingers crossed.

I managed somehow to pass the google screen and see the nexus logo but I waited and waited over half an hour.. nothing happened. so I tried to flash the bootloader which until then was working without ever have any problem, except now it doesn't do anything. The device doesn't open in any mode. The buttons doesn't work.. nothing... the screen just shows a full battery icon with a flashlight inside.. i burned it didn't i?
