name of phone LGE LGLS676 , Manufacturer LGE , Model LGLS676. this is all i know about my phone and i would like to root my phone i tried doing it throught youtube but i can not follow the steps because i have a mental disability and i have a hard time following directions they say rooting takes less then 5 mins but i can't do it i have a desktop computer i have a cell phone i have the cable to connect the desktop to the phone but i don't know anything else i need really really specific directions like look left look right go down go up real patient help that no one seems to offer me. what works even best is face to face help but i don't want to get murdered.

I'm not all that familiar with your device, but generally speaking YouTube videos are not a very good way to teach someone to root a phone.
Most of the time, device manufacturers (such as LG) want to prevent root, because they see it as a security vulnerability. When new methods to root come out, they issue an update to the device to prevent that method from being used in the future. As a result, rooting a device becomes a cat and mouse game where developers are constantly trying to find new methods and device manufacturers are constantly trying to prevent it.
Usually, the authors of the YouTube video do not take down the rooting methods that no longer work, and people end up following outdated directions.
