Are you trying to assign a specific ringtone to a certain contact?
Not sure I've seen that before, but that doesn't anything

...hi thank you for your response but I figured out my problem it was in settings then went to sound and ID ringtones was turned on so I turned it off all is good here thank you again you were the one n only response appreciate it
