Hello,

I recently am having trouble with my redmi note 3 qualcomm edition. My Battery needed to be replaced so i did. And i accidently broke the connection between the Battery and gave it for repair at a local mobile shop. He said he had repaired it but now the problem is whenever i lock my phone for a while, it turns off automatically. Can something be done? Or i need to ask him?. My question is is this thing can be repaired by me myself or i've gotta ask him about it? Please help

It sounds like it might not be that the phone is turning off..some times the phone when unattended for a while goes to a very very very deep sleep and the only solution is a looooong power bottom held..that you may think it did shot off..in other words..the phone is kind of freezing for some reason..could be due to a recent application you installed or perhaps a bug that came through it's firewall via email or text or web or so on..
Also could take into account what happened to the phone related to the battery..maybe it's the connections the guy "fixed"..could be also the alumina on the actual battery where it "contacts" with the phone..if I were you I would look into that too..

Let me know
