Note8 Shipping Thread

I am enthusiastic about this device. It wil be my first samsung.

These threads can be fun to keep up with others' ship dates. We are a family of Note8's after all!

I ordered from T-Mobile on launch night 9:11 pm pacific, and I EXPECT to get this sucker by the 13/14th of September.

Former Note 7 owners were given the assurance that they would be the first to receive the Note 8 - I GLADLY participated in the trade-in program, because they gave me top dollar for my Verizon Note 5. I would expect to get the Note 8 around the 13th... but I paid the extra $14 for express shipping, which is overnight. I may get mine on the 12th!

My popup said delivery date Sept 14. Nice! I hope so. I have tons of sick days left and I just may use one to be sure I am home for delivery.

Mine is scheduled to ship on 09/11 (that's ominous) and arrive on 09/14. I read on Jeff Springer's Twitter feed (@jspring86az) that first orders ship 09/05.

mines the 11th ordered on the 24th at midnight, and with att. how in gods name the 5th. my carrier, new carrier says no one gets before release day. got training wheels on, now with stylus and s8 plus.using Snote

EITHER checking order number on carriers order status, or email verification after ordering. im with att. generically many get shipped 11th, but some get shipped the 5th because they ordered the second ordering opened, literally.

If you ordered from Samsung the ship date should appear on your order confirmation (mine says "Pre-order ships 09/11/17"). My order on the Samsung website says, "ORDER IS DELIVERED 2 BUSINESS DAYS FROM SHIPPED DATE".

I ordered from samsung. I got a confirmation email but I didn't notice any dates. I'll have to check again when I'm home.

I found it! I looked over my email like 3 times before the bold red lettering finally jumped out and bit me.
Mine says itll ship on 9/11

Thatd be really cool. Though I do remember many people's Note 7 shipping early, including mine; only to be held at some FedEx faciilty for days and days to ensure it didnt arrive before official release date.
I hope that doesnt happen again!

Not it might be different per region, state,etc. according to an email I received, i saw shipping will beging on the 5th of September. my carrier is Sprint.

Flooding in Texas won't affect mine. Mine ships from Korea to Memphis to Birmingham AL. But I agree about FedEx holding them for days. That was very frustrating waiting for those packages to finally MOVE only to have them finally say they attempted delivery and I wasn't home when I was home when they should have delivered in the first place. And I left a nice little authorization which they promptly ignored.
