Battery poor after update?

Hi all,
My 5X had a great battery life until the it updated to 7.1.2 (I think). I could go upto 36 hours without charging while using it moderately but now I struggle to get a day out of it.
Is this coincidental or have others found this to be so too?
Also, I would like to buy an extra Type C to type C charger but can't find anywhere that sells them (apart from Google) for a reasonable price. Any ideas or suggestions?

Thanks.

Here you go...

Sorry, I still don't know what "SOT" is.
I haven't noticed much with Oreo at the minute but watched a few YouTube clips about it. I will use the phone as usual and see if the battery life has improved a little. I guess another factor of the battery draining is that I now wear a Bluetooth enabled watch that monitors my'BPM' (beats per minute) after suffering a cardiac arrest in January!

SOT is Screen On Time and that mean how much time you used mobile with screen on.

Like rusumen, I suspect the issue is that one of your apps doesn't play well with Oreo so testing things with Safe Mode and then trying to identify the culprit is most probably the way to go.

One thing I've seen recommended after an update is to clear the caches. This is another option on the menu that you used to reboot in Safe Mode.

Kinda jealous that you have Oreo already - I'm still waiting :(

P.S. answered the charger question on your other post

Hi, sorry but I only just got back to this thread. Thanks for the advice but my phone is now dead. I have posted why.
