How to open bin file

.bin files usually mean binary files. Which can be created by many things and used by many things as well, e.g. ROM dumps for game console and arcade game emulators. Even if you had a computer, you do need to find what was used to create them, what are they for. What application you need depends on what they are.

I've got these .bin files on my phone, but the folder name gives a clue as to what they are for, e.g. /ROMS/Atari/Atari2600/ and they open with an Atari 2600 emulator app.

What phone have you actually got there, and what folders are the .bin files in, do they have any specific names? Are you using any game console emulator apps? If necessary post a screen-shot of them.
