Where does a photo encrypted go?

Hi,
I have LT mobile phone, while reviewing a photo saved on my SD/Bluetooth" folder, I tried clicking on the option "encrypt"(screen shot below), then the photo got disappeared.
I am asking about where it has been gone.

Encrypt isn't a standard option on any of the phones I've used recently.

Are you using the standard gallery app that came with the phone?

Just so you know, I think you've attached the wrong picture. That one is a diagram showing the correct way to watch TV on a bed I think.

Yes, that screen shot of correct position to watch TV,b but in the very bottom of it is "encrypt" option since that was the photo encrypted when selected "encrypt" option while reviewing it.

Have you seen the "encrypt" option in the very bottom of my screen shot since Mikedt said s/he did not see it.

My Oppo phone doesn't have "encrypt" in its stock gallery app. And I can't ever recall seeing a phone that does. I guess it's some sort of safe locker feature that your particular phone has, but how you get them back I have no ideas. Is there anything in the instructions about it?

This is what I have...besides the shirt that is..

Really clicking on that "encrypt" option directly let my photo be hidden.
But, I don't find any instructions. Also, there is no "instruction about it".

Well obviously there's something else going on here. To encrypt a file is a security measure, it doesn't 'hide' a file by making it invisible but rather secures it, typically with a password. There are apps that allow you 'hide' a file by changing its name so it essentially disappears. Still exists as is but just not viewable by a file manager or an app's window manager. This is more of a privacy measure.
Looking at your first screen capture again, are you sure didn't tap the 'Delete' button instead of the 'Encrypt' button?

I tried now opening any photo saved onto SD card, and when clicking on "encrypt" option, I was faced with a popup message telling me "Encrypted to phone storage/pictures/.GallerySa/Si"
And each photo was encrypted became moved/saved onto /phone storage/pictures/.GallerySa/Si. But they are all shown as not photos anymore. screen shot below)

In that popup message, if you long-press on one of the those listed files does it come up with menu to 'unencrypt'?
(... and just for posterity, "...GallerySa/Si..." show abbreviated names, that's not an actual directory path so isn't of any practical value, either viewing that same message in landscape mode or perhaps expanding the individual tabs will show the actual names.)

Note that popup message is only shown to me whenever opening any photo and trying clicking on the option "encrypt", and since then the photo file gets encrypted and moved to another path "phone storage/pictures/gallerySa/Si."
When moving to those files encrypted there onto that path, and click "long-press" on it, there is no menu to 'unencrypt' at all.

It is a directory.
Have a look at the properties of one encrypted file on that list, and see the whole directory.

You stated earlier that you're using the Gallery app as your photo library manager. I stopped using it a long time ago but still cannot find any reference online that the default Android Gallery app has since added photo encryption functionality. Are you perhaps using 'Gallery' as a generic reference and are using some third-party photo manager app? Or have you installed a third-party encryption app that simply enables encryption to other apps?
Also, what model phone do you have and who is your carrier? If there's file encryption capability added to the Gallery app maybe it's something like a carrier-added function and if so there might be basic documentation on their site.

Yes, I have been using the standard gallery app which came pre-installed on my cell phone. Now look at this FAK, and see that my gallery uses the encryption functionality and cannot find a way to decrypt the encrypted files although it is said in FAK "don't delete any files in that directory, or otherwise encrypted photos cannot be encrypted.". It is a big issue.
I used a file explorer for the phone, like ES file explorer, but the photos encrypted are still encrypted and cannot be displayed.
What I know about my cellphone is as follows:
The manufacturer: China

Could you please read and reply to my previous post? In the Frequently asked questions (FAQ), that my gallery uses the encryption functionality and cannot find a way to decrypt the encrypted files although it is said in FAK "don't delete any files in that directory, or otherwise encrypted photos cannot be encrypted.". It is a big issue.

I'm hesitant to reply, as I previously stated I don't use the Gallery app and have no hands-on experience with any photo managing app that has such built in encryption functionality, nor have I ran across substantive documentation on this particular matter. Hopefully others who have will chime in.

But do you see the screen shot of FAQ I posted before? The FAQ of Gallery says that Gallery use encrypt. And it stated it clearly you mustn't delete any files in that directory, or otherwise the restored encrypted photos wouldn't be decrypted.
