The Samsung website no longer says the Alcantara case will ship the week of September 18th. Now the site says, "Ships in 3 to 5 business days".I haven't seen a shipping estimate anywhere, but I'll trust @WeeWilly

Yep, Chief, I'm about to give up. This afternoon I got an email saying my Samsung order had shipped, but it turned out to be the Adaptive Fast Charging Vehicle Charger, which the website had been showing as back ordered.@WeeWilly I was just coming here to gripe that it's the week of the 18th. Friday. And casey no shippy yet. I only see 'order is delivered two business days from ship date'.
That's not very reassuring.

I have no idea, @kokiangel, because I ordered mine after you posted about it. I would have been much happier if they had shipped my Alcantara case. Last night I watched Flossy Carter review official Samsung Note 8 cases, and at 9:40 on the video he reviews the Alcantara case and said it was his favorite Samsung case.And my charger still says backordered. How'd yours get shipped before mine?
After reviewing the screenshot, we see that it is a normal wear and tear of the accessory. However, Samsung provide 12 months of warranty for phones and accessories from the date of purchase. Physical, liquid and cosmetic damages are not covered under warranty.
