Upon shutdown of phone apps gets uninstalled like minecraft , moblie legends , my talking tom 2 , Zgrils , btd5 and many more. This problem also make it impossible to open the app on Google play store. When I try and open the app it either says I don't have a license or it does not work at all.Nothing has been posted to fix the problem.
Hope you guys can help.

No apps can be opened using the Play Store app. The Play Store app is simply the way you install apps you want onto your phone. Then once installed, you don't interact with Play Store app, you instead go to your phone's App menu, find the app, and open it from there. If that app is one that you use often, drag-and-drop its icon from the App menu onto one of your screens so it's easier to access.

App icons being replaced by the Android icon and the app no longer working could be a sign that the app has been corrupted or partially uninstalled. Are you perchance moving these apps to SD? A problem remounting the card, or with links not being initialised on boot if you used something like Link2SD, could cause these symptoms.

I'am going to add my two cents here by saying when you open the play store app then go to my apps it gives you an option to Upgrade/Uninstall or Open the app from this menu.

Yes but the Play Store app is not intended to act as an app launcher so while you can open an app through the Play Store, it's not a very convenient way to do so.
