Is there any can check phone

Is there any app that can check phone. I am having a lot off problems with it. Like signing into websites. I tried signing and to this website and had to use Google to sign in I tried Google Chrome and Samsung Internet and the two of them were the same seamless pictures when I take a screenshot all the apps come up that can open pictures I bet gallery Soho gallery should be the default but everytime it happens I take a screenshot. I am using Samsung Galaxy S8 thank you in advance. And when I say add to home screen it doesn't add to home screen as to the last page from the apps in the app drawer.

I'm afraid your first post is very hard to read (no punctuation plus what I think may be autocorrect errors), so I'm not completely clear what your problems are. So just to check:

I think you are having trouble signing in to websites, but you don't say what the problem is (i.e. what messages you get, or whether it doesn't offer the keyboard, or what). The obvious thing would be that the password isn't being entered correctly: have you tried getting it to show you the password you are typing, just to verify that it is being entered correctly?

And I think you are having trouble getting a default gallery app choice to stick when taking screenshots?

And there's some problem with adding something to home screens, but I'm not completely sure what you are adding or what happens when you try.

As to benchmarks, these are pretty much useless anyway and I never pay them any attention. But if your phone has been used a lot before you ran it it could be throttled due to cpu temperature. Or if SD read/write is part of it then that could affect it. Or you could have other things running that affect it. Or a lot of things really.

Sorry about that. But no it's not a wrong password. For example on this site, when you are signing up you click submit at the end of fillings into your details and password. You click submit and you just stay in the same page.

On Facebook today I clicked 17 time's and couldn't get in. So I closed Facebook down found the sane post and hot in first try. My third point was that when you select gallery app or Google photos app. The one you select will be the default to open a photo screenshot etc. Unless you install another app you will be asked again.

I have been getting asked this for the past two days. It's a brand new phone and all I have been left with are problems. I bought it off Amazon and it turned out to be for European market and not UK. Today for some reason gallery app works now thank God. But still left with all the other problems.

And my past question was how can a Samsung galaxy s6 have the same ranking as an s8 in Aututu benchmark app they're both at number 51. Which I find hard to believe.

Lastly if you could tell me. Who's responsible for return of faulty goods to Amazon. As when I started the phone. There was two languages there. Looked like Greek or UK.

Do you think a factory reset could fix my. Software problems as the sane problem with the back button happrns in the system settings of the phone. Wish I never bought it off Amazon. Putting me off Android but I know Apple is the wrong move.

I was going to suggest trying a different web browser, but were you logging on to Facebook through a browser or the app? It would seem odd if you have a similar problem with the FB app and a web browser, because those should be entirely independent (the keyboard would be common to both, which is why I was wondering whether passwords were being entered correctly).

I've used EU market phones in the UK without problems, so it shouldn't be that.

I've not played that deeply with the S8, but normally when you are asked which app to use I'd expect to be asked whether to use it "just once" or each time. If it didn't ask whether you wanted to make your choice permanent that's odd.

Would a factory reset fit it? I don't know because I don't understand what's going on. Working out one oddity is one thing, a couple if a connection can be found, but there seem to be a number of unrelated things going on here. It's possible, but there's also the risk of going through the hassle of setting everything up again for no gain. If it was new then it should have been clean when you got it, so anything a reset could clear would be stuff that's been added while you've been using it.

Whenever I've had to return stuff to amazon I've just contacted amazon. You bought it from amazon, so distance selling regulations mean you have the right to return goods within some period (I think it's 2 weeks) no questions asked. They generally have a good reputation for returns.

Have you got their number I think he's trying to buy time yes it's brand new. The Facebook thing was ok as it was the app. So were all the apps. It's logins on websites sometimes you get in and can't get back then I have to close all.

Yes you know what you mean by use this app all the time. That's gone now and to do a factory reset and end up with the same situation would be a nightmare. But what was making me think of that was. Was when I got the phone. I restores my data from my s6 to it. I asked on Amazon and they said sure. But I think I should send it back if that's 2 weeks time still stands with Amazon as I shouldn't be having this amount of trouble with a brand new phone.

I've only ever contacted amazon by email/through their website.

Putting an icon on the rightmost screen is what I'd expect if the homescreens are full. Can you move one of your current ones into the space you want the new one to go to? I don't have an S8, but remember meeting an older version of the Samsung launcher which reserved part of the desktop for app icons and part for widgets, rather than letting you use the space how you wanted; if the current one does something like that it could explain what you see (looks like you have space but behaves like you don't). I never use the manufacturer's launcher (the app that provides desktops and app drawer) anyway, generally I use Nova Launcher instead.
